Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aura Pure Oils, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Given the perishable nature of food-grade oils, we follow a strict no-return policy—while maintaining fairness and transparency in handling exceptional cases.

Please read our policy below regarding order return, refund & cancellations.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions
 For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Aura Pure Oils, Santosh Goodwill Enterprises, Site No. 9, Sai Nivas, K R Nagar, Choodasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560099.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Aura Pure Oils, accessible from https://aurapureoils.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the shipment ID is generated.

Once the order shipment ID has been created, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

To cancel your order:

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Under the Orders section, select the order you want to cancel.

  3. Click on Cancel Request under the Action Section.

Please note that the Cancel Request option will not be visible once the shipment id is created

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do NOT accept returns for our products once delivered.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only under following circumstances:

  • Approved cancellations which are done before shipping ids are created.

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
